Review of Doctor Who – The Eleventh Hour

Matt Smith takes over as the Doctor in the BBC's long running hit, Doctor Who. The show is witty and funny and should be around for many years to come.

Matt Smith replaced David Tennant as the Doctor at the end of last season in January 2010, and his first full show premiered in the US on BBC April 17, 2010. Matt had big shoes to fill, and he did it surprisingly well. He was funny and charismatic, and can even be compared to David’s Doctor. One can’t help but wonder if he will continue in those mannerisms or eventually transition to his own unique quirks. Considering that a few did sneak in, the answer is an obvious yes.

Beware of Posting Resume Online

It is better for those seeking employment to search for a job rather than post a resume online. Otherwise the scams may find them instead.

With sites like monster.com and careerbuilder.com, anyone would think it should be easy to find a job. That isn’t always the case. Sites like those mentioned are great for searching, but beware of posting a resume. It is very unlikely that a prospective employer will be scouring an online site looking for potential hires, at least the type that the candidate is looking for.

Not to bash the online job sites, since they could be a valuable tool for employers to post jobs, and potential employees to find them. That is most likely the safest and smartest bet for anyone looking for employment. Search the sites for a job, instead of posting personal information.

Did you know the recent studies in Africa to determine whether or not male circumcision would prevent acquiring HIV were backed by men who back infant circumcision?  So naturally they would want to make sure the findings agreed with their twisted idea of what they think infant circumcision accomplishes.  Just about every other myth has been debunked, so these circumfetishists turned to HIV. They went to Africa and began testing how many intact and newly circumcised men caught HIV.
